Learning Outcome
Upon completion of this course, trainee will be able to:
- Process and generate documents in relation to the sales and purchases of inventory which includes Purchase Order, Quotation, Delivery Order, Invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note, Inventory Adjustments etc.
- Maintain customers and suppliers particular into UBS Inventory & Billing System.
- Input the inventory information into UBS Inventory & Billing System such as set up category, group and item code, cost, selling price, location and etc.
- Record all the movement if inventory and check balances which includes stock in, stock out, reorder advice, transfer of stock between branches, issue of stocks for internal use, outstanding purchase order from suppliers and etc.
- Generate reports such as stock cards, stocks status and value, purchases by product type, suppliers, month; sales by customers, product type, month, profit margin and etc.
- Posting of bills to accounting system.
