ATC Full Sets of Accounts Course
Course Objectives
This Full Set Accounts is a course specially designed by ATC. The objectives of this Full Set of Accounts is to train those trainees which already has some basic accounting knowledge to hands-on to prepare one year accounts using computerised Accounting System. Trainee can choose one out of four accounting software we specialise in i.e. Sage UBS, Million, SQL or Autocount Accounting to practise Full Set of Accounts. Those trainees without basic accounting knowledge are welcome to apply and special guidance will be given in order to train to able to prepare Full Set of Accounts independently.

Learning Outcome
Upon completion of this course, trainee will be able to prepare yearly accounts independently including the following with minimum guidance:
- Update accounting transactions into Cash Book, Purchases, Sales, Sales Return, Purchases Return, Debit Notes, Credit Notes and General Journal into Accounting System.
- Process accounts payable and receivable and analysis of payable and receivable aging report.
- Process cheques for payments and issuing receipts upon collection.
- Close accounts at month end and year end.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and able to analysis and interpret the financial and management reports such as Income Statement, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet.
